1. About Becoming 366
Becoming 366 provides personal-development content, Journal articles, digital resources and information about products created under the Becoming 366 brand.
The website is intended to provide informational, educational and personal-development content.
Products displayed on becoming366.com may be offered for purchase through Etsy and/or purchased directly on this website. The Letter Vault is purchased directly on becoming366.com via Stripe Checkout.
2. Use of the Website
You may use becoming366.com for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure;
- copy, scrape, reproduce or systematically extract substantial portions of the website without permission;
- use automated tools to collect website content in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the website;
- impersonate Becoming 366, A DIGITAL or its owner;
- misrepresent your relationship with Becoming 366; or
- use the website or its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights, our users or our services.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content available through Becoming 366, including written content, Journal articles, branding, graphics, layouts, original digital resources, planner content, exercises, prompts and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to A DIGITAL and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may read and use publicly available website content for your own personal purposes.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial portions of our original content;
- republish our Journal articles as your own;
- sell or redistribute our original materials;
- upload our digital products or substantial portions of them to file-sharing platforms;
- share purchased digital files in a way that substitutes for another person purchasing their own copy;
- remove copyright or ownership notices;
- claim our original work as your own; or
- use our original materials to create substantially copied products for resale or commercial distribution.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
4. Digital Products
Digital products created by Becoming 366 are intended for personal use unless a specific product listing or licence expressly states otherwise.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product for your own personal purposes.
You may print a purchased printable product for your own personal use and use compatible digital versions on your own devices.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, reproduce for commercial distribution, or make the purchased files available to others as standalone files or substantially equivalent copies.
Specific product descriptions or licence terms provided at the point of purchase may contain additional information and will apply to that product.
5. Purchases
Becoming 366 products may be purchased through different channels, depending on the product.
5.1 Purchases through Etsy
When you select a link to purchase a product through Etsy, you leave becoming366.com and complete the transaction through Etsy.
The transaction is therefore also subject to the applicable Etsy terms, policies and checkout process.
Information concerning the product, price, format, compatibility, delivery and other purchase-specific details is provided on the applicable Etsy listing and through Etsy’s checkout process.
5.2 Direct purchases of The Letter Vault
The Letter Vault may be purchased directly on becoming366.com. Payment for those direct purchases is processed via Stripe Checkout. Letter Vault purchases are not Etsy download purchases; Etsy marketplace terms apply only where you buy through Etsy under section 5.1.
After payment, access to The Letter Vault is provided as described at purchase (including access credentials sent by email). The Letter Vault enables eligible purchasers to write, seal, store and schedule future digital delivery of letters, subject to the applicable product limits and service terms.
Before checkout, you are asked to request that the service begin immediately after purchase (access credentials by email). That request is recorded with the Stripe Checkout Session so we can start providing access. Sending an access code, or your use of the Vault, does not by itself remove the withdrawal terms described below or other mandatory consumer rights.
If you give notice of withdrawal from a Letter Vault purchase within 14 days of the purchase, we refund 100% of the amount paid, with no deduction for partial use of the service. The refund is processed manually through Stripe within the period required by applicable law. There is no automatic refund. After that 14-day period we do not offer voluntary refunds merely for a change of mind. Other statutory rights remain, including remedies for a defective or non-conforming service and any longer or different deadline the law may provide in specific cases.
After a valid withdrawal, we securely stop Vault access and future letter delivery, and handle related personal data as described in our privacy notices. Submitting the withdrawal form does not by itself wipe letter content or send cancelled letters; those steps are handled separately after your notice.
Please keep these actions distinct:
- Withdraw from the purchase contract — give notice using Withdraw from this contract. Submitting that form is how you give notice; the notice does not wait for our approval before it is treated as given.
- Service problem / non-conformity — if the digital service is defective or does not conform to the contract, contact us (see the Refund Policy). That path is separate from change-of-mind withdrawal.
- Cancel a sealed letter — inside the Vault, stops future delivery of that letter. It is not withdrawal from the purchase and does not by itself create a refund.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

6. Digital Downloads and Compatibility
Before purchasing a digital product, please review the relevant product description and compatibility information.
Digital products may be supplied in formats such as PDF or other formats stated in the relevant product listing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software and hardware to open, view, print or otherwise use the product as described.
Where a product requires or is designed for particular software, applications, devices or printing specifications, this will be described where relevant in the product information.
If a file is defective, corrupted, incomplete or materially different from the product description, please contact us or use the applicable Etsy support process so that the issue can be reviewed.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming digital content are not affected by these Terms.
7. The Becoming Letter
You may voluntarily subscribe to The Becoming Letter through the website.
Subscription is optional and is not required to browse Becoming 366 or read the Journal.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in newsletter emails.

8. Journal and Educational Content
Journal articles, prompts, exercises, reflections and other Becoming 366 content are provided for general informational, educational and personal-development purposes.
The content reflects ideas, experiences, observations and personal-development concepts and is not intended to replace professional advice.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.
