Withdraw from this contract · The Letter Vault
Use this form to give notice that you want to withdraw from a Letter Vault purchase contract (statutory withdrawal where applicable law provides it).
Three different actions
- Withdraw from this contract (this form) — notice about the purchase itself. It is how you give withdrawal notice. It does not wait for our “approval” before the notice is given.
- Service problem / non-conformity — if the service is defective or does not match what was sold, contact hello@becoming366.com (or use the paths in our Refund Policy). That is not the same as change-of-mind withdrawal.
- Cancel a sealed letter — inside the Vault, stops future delivery of that letter. It is not a withdrawal from the purchase and does not by itself create a refund.
After you submit, we email you a confirmation of receipt (durable medium) with your details and the date and time of submission. If your notice is given within 14 days of purchase, we refund 100% of the amount paid (no deduction for partial use), manually through Stripe, within the period required by law. There is no automatic refund. After that 14-day period we do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind; other statutory rights (including service problems) remain.
Submitting this form does not by itself wipe letter content, send cancelled letters, revoke access, or complete the Stripe refund. After a valid withdrawal we securely stop access and future deliveries and handle related personal data separately.
