Before you begin
How is the letter delivered?
By email, on the date you choose. The Letter Vault does not send paper post. The person receives the letter at the email address you give.
Can I choose any date?
Yes. Any future date. With five letters, each one can have its own day, its own person, and its own address. You can also set the same calendar date, one year apart, and change any of them before you seal the letter.
How do I come back to my letters?
After payment, an access code arrives by email. You return to The Letter Vault and enter with that code and the same email address. The payment page does not open your Vault, and it does not show the code.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes. You can add or change the delivery email later, including after a letter is sealed. The words stay sealed.
