Becoming 366

For the woman who isn't there yet — but refuses to stay where she is.

Our philosophy

This didn't start with a perfect morning routine.

It started with a period of my life when I barely recognized myself.

I had become withdrawn, insecure and far too used to staying inside my own little world. I struggled to say no. I often kept my opinions to myself. I wasn't taking care of myself the way I wanted to, and somewhere along the way, I had stopped seeing my own value clearly.

I knew I wanted things to change. The problem was, wanting it wasn't changing much.

So I started.

Therapy. Learning. Building new skills. Starting my own business. Reading everything I could get my hands on about habits, identity, mindset and personal growth. Trying to understand why we can know exactly what we want for ourselves — and still keep living in ways that take us further from it.

I journaled. I visualized. I made promises to myself. I broke some of them. I started again.

And eventually I realized I didn't need another promise to become a different woman.

I needed a system for becoming her.

That's where Becoming 366 began.

Not as something I created after figuring my life out, but as something I created while figuring it out.

I'm doing this too.

I'm learning to speak when I would have stayed quiet. To say no without writing an entire apology in my head first. To take care of myself instead of constantly putting myself somewhere near the bottom of the list. To build discipline when motivation disappears. To recognize my own value before waiting for someone else to confirm it.

Becoming 366 is where I'm documenting what I learn along the way — the things that work, the things that don't, the uncomfortable realizations, the small wins, the resets and the ordinary days nobody posts about.

And the 366-day journey grew from that same idea: real change isn't one big decision. It's hundreds of small ones.

One day. One choice. One honest look at yourself at a time.

I'm not here because I've already become her.

I'm here because I'm becoming her too.

And if you are too, you're in the right place.
